Video & motion graphics

At a moment when the whole industry was shifting toward video, I built and led Teladoc Health's in-house motion graphics and video team in Argentina — recruiting the talent, standing up the process and tooling, and saving the business meaningful money versus running everything through outside agencies. The reels below are a small sample of what that team produced.

01 — The Challenge

Video was becoming essential, and every frame of it was going to an outside agency.

As the industry shifted toward video-first content, Teladoc Health's creative organization had no in-house motion capability of its own — every reel, animation, and social video had to be commissioned and paid for through external agencies, on agency timelines and agency budgets. That's expensive and slow at the volume a company this size actually needs.

02 — The Strategy

Recruit the talent, build the process, and stand up the capability from zero.

I built and led a dedicated motion graphics and video team in Argentina — finding and hiring strong creative talent in a market that let the business get senior-level motion work at a fraction of US agency rates, then establishing the production process, tooling, and creative standards from scratch so the team could operate like a real in-house unit rather than a one-off hire.

  • Recruited and hired the team directly, building a track record for finding talent capable of senior-level motion and video work outside the traditional US/agency talent pool
  • Stood up new production processes, platforms, and tooling for a capability that didn't exist at the company before
  • Shifted a meaningful share of video production in-house, cutting reliance on outside agencies and their rates
  • Directed the team's output across awards submissions, executive events, and CMO-level storytelling — the three reels below are a small sample of a much larger body of work
03 — The Impact

A new in-house capability, built once and reused constantly.

The IHAF Agency of the Year submission told the story of Teladoc Health's in-house creative agency to the In-House Agency Forum's awards jury — it didn't win, but it set the tone for how the brand would move going forward and inspired a wave of follow-on social video. The Global Growth Summit film played live for executives and clients before the keynote speaker took the stage. The sizzle reel was commissioned directly by the CMO as an alternative to a traditional slide deck. All three came out of the same team and process built from nothing.
